Refund and Replacement policy

Due to the nature of jewellery products, we follow a strict quality check process before shipping.

 

No Refund Policy
   •    We currently do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

Replacement Policy

A replacement will be provided only if:
   •    You receive a damaged or defective product
   •    You receive the wrong item

Replacement Request Timeline
   •    You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
   •    An unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts or edits)

How to Request a Replacement

Email us at rimyajewels@gmail.com with:
   •    Order ID
   •    Clear videos of the issue
   •    Unboxing video

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be accepted for:
   •    Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen resolution)
   •    Wear and tear
   •    Damage caused after use
   •    Change of mind or personal preference
